If you're someone who has a nagging, irritating knee pain that you haven't been able to resolve, our Knee Fitness Program is just for you. It's great for fixing that sharp twinge you might get going up or down staircases or when working out in the gym. This type of pain is fairly common and can sometimes be referred to as Anterior Knee Pain or PFPS which stands for Patello-Femoral Pain Syndrome.
The Knee Fitness Program runs over 9 weeks and has a total of 7 different workouts for you to follow through. We start off small with just 3 exercises a day and progress to 24 different exercises in a 45 minute workout, all specially curated for you by our lead physiotherapist, Heath Matthews.
Whatever your diagnosis, this program will solve most knee injuries as long as it is not one of the following:
1. ACL Injury
2. PCL Injury
3. Meniscal Injury
4. Medial Collateral Ligament Injury
If your knee pain is caused by any of the the above in the last 3 months, please consults a physiotherapist or medical practitioner before starting this program.
