HYROX Pro is a comprehensive 17-hour, 360-degree clinical performance program designed to help you train at your peak, minimize injury risk, and perform at your highest level. Each assessment runs about 60 minutes, delivered once per week over an 8-week structure.

7 Physiotherapy sessions, 2 Nutrition consultations, 8 Sports Science sessions, and 2 Myotherapy sessions

Can you do home visits or online session for these HYROX Program?
Yes, we offer online session however home visits are currently unavailable for these sessions.
How should I pay for the program?
We accept cash and online payments as well as a 50% deposit to book your slot. Balance payable on completion of the Launch Assessment and before reports are released

What is the format and time?
HYROX Launch takes approximately 3 hours while the HYROX Pro takes 17 hours both excluding the myotherapy session. Services are available for online as well.
